The 6th Annual Halloween Bluegrass Festival was held Oct 30, 2004 at the Bay View Pavilion in Alton Bay, NH. The 2004 line up featured The Hunger Mountain Boys, Gopher Broke, Adam Dewey and Crazy Creek, White Mountain Bluegrass and hosts The New England Bluegrass Band.
